Based on the schwarts values I created three different concepts, each taking a different direction within these values. With the feedback from my client I broke down the concepts to their best parts and refined those into a new and final concept.

The reqruitment agency of the future is māek, an agency that focuses on the creative sector. As intermediary between employers and employees. Offering a physical and digital space to our client. Within this trustworthy and stimulating space our clients can safely and independently look for their next step in their creative carreer.
A physical space where the latent job-seekers can work, lunch, join events such as lectures, meet-ups and presentations. A stimulating working enviroment that acts as a in betweener, between home and work. It's here where they can work within the comfort of home and the focus you'll get at work.
Our own social media platform where our clients get to connect with eachother and get in touch with eachothers. It's here where Employers and Employees get to view eachothers profile. Our clients get to view open vacansies and companies to view their skills and experiences. Our digital space will act as mediator between the two.

To get the message out and to become a point of recognisition within this community, it is important to set up office space that raises intresest from this specific target audience, the building, upholstery and furniture needs to fit the interests and style of the target audience.

By subscribing to our service the client will set up an account within our database that will allow us to invite them to events and get in contact with future employers - within their interests, in return for a monthly fee. To keep our the service exclusive we'll keep the amount of people able to subscribe to a minimum. Whenever a client find a new job he or she we'll be asked to give a review in return for a subscribtion key which she may share with one of her friends or relatives.
Feeling a part of and experiencing reciprocity of favors will add to the need of security with our clients. Sharing reviews with our other clients will help others, in return they get to attend free networking events .
Our clients desire social recognition, by those who they work for and work with. To use are service you'll be invited for a interview with one of our employers who's familiar with the sector you are working in. Our service is not for everyone, it's exclusive for those who are recognitized.
When the client finds a new job which he or she is happy they will be asked to fill in a review form for us to optimise the jobseeking experience for other members of our service. Thus creating a eco-system where our users create a better environment for each other and improving the match-making service.
Our client, Unique and the mediators - our subject tearchers where impressed by the results. For every question they had I was prepaired with answers that conntected to the research phase. The project ended up 3th of all every other 2nd year student from our course.

Within the weeks of working on this project I've spent a lot of time doing a research, losing time for concept development, visualising and realising the project. The research does pay of in the concept phase but for future project I'll try to improve time managment.
